In today's climate a compliment towards a law enforcement officer is a rare occurrence. We understand that, and we do not look for praise or recognition, but its always nice to hear when we do a good job. Compliments can be filed by using the same procedure as below.
It is policy of the Ingram Police Department to investigate all valid complaints and take whatever action is necessary to maintain the integrity of the department. Also, we like to hear when an officer goes above and beyond...a compliment can be addressed in the same fashion as the complaint. Please download, or print off, the complaint form and fill out accordingly.
Citizens are encouraged to bring any question or concern about procedures to the attention of the Police Department by any means required. Complaints may be made informally through the employee’s chain of command, or formally by following the below process.
